Ensemble Events
Senior living · the daytime rate

An hour they talk about at dinner.

The Quiz Show read aloud and played with hands up, the Survey Showdown one player at a time, a sing-along with the words on your screen, or a music hour from the decades your residents danced to. Weekday mornings and afternoons, in your activity room, at one flat daytime rate. SouthCoast, South Shore and Cape Cod.

Built for the room

Seated, read aloud, big type.

  • Seated play. Tables as teams, residents where they already are.
  • Read aloud, twice. Every question and every answer on a microphone.
  • Big type, high contrast. The board on your TV, printed questions for anyone who reads better than they hear.
  • Our sound. A speaker that carries the room without pain. The TV's own speaker never does.
  • Staff at the table. An aide relaying an answer counts.
  • Memory care. Shorter rounds, familiar music, nothing to lose.
How a visit runs

In, up, and out.

1

Before the room fills

The board on your TV and the speaker up, ahead of the residents.

2

The opener

A group song or an easy first category, so the room learns the rules by playing.

3

The program

The game or the music, with a break in the middle.

4

The close

A spin of the prize wheel, a last song, and the room back the way we found it.

The daytime rate

Three numbers, weekdays.

One visit

The Daytime Rate

$200

One weekday daytime program: the game show, the sing-along, or the music hour. One host, the sound, the screen feed, setup and pack-up.

Questions people ask

The honest answers.

What does the room need?

A TV we can plug into, an outlet, and the residents where they already sit. We bring the rest.

Is it right for memory care?

Yes, with shorter rounds, music first, questions the room can answer, and staff at the table. Your team decides who joins.

Can we book the same day every month?

Yes. The Monthly Series holds your slot for the year at the same rate.

How do we pay?

An invoice after the visit. Your accounts payable can pay it the way it pays everyone else.

Pick a weekday. We'll hold it.

Tell us the room and the residents; we'll tell you which program fits.
