Ensemble Events
Digital Day-Of Services

Your guests are holding the other half of your wedding.

A couple hundred phones, all pointed at the same day, full of moments you would never otherwise see. These services collect all of it while it happens, and they hand your guests a part to play. The second half matters more than the tech.

The services

Five things, one setup.

The QR photo gallery

A framed code on the welcome table and every dinner table. Guests point their camera at it, shoot or upload, and everything lands in one shared gallery that is already filling before dinner ends. No app to install, no account to create, nothing to explain twice.

The digital guestbook

Written notes and short video messages, gathered at the same code. The sweet thing your college roommate would never say into a microphone gets recorded anyway.

E-invites with RSVP

Digital invitations matched to the look of your wedding, with RSVPs collected in one clean list instead of scattered through your text history. Quoted per couple, because no two invite lists behave the same.

The live slideshow

Guest uploads flow onto a screen in the reception as they arrive. The room watches itself having a great night, and the uploads keep coming.

The livestream

For the grandparent who cannot travel and the friend six time zones away: a steady, quiet stream of the ceremony. Quoted per venue, because every room's signal and sightlines are different. If a stream is not right for your day, we will tell you so.

How it attaches

It rides along. It never leads.

These services ride along with a content package. We do not run them on their own.

Everything above is included in Signature + Digital, and each piece attaches a la carte to the Half Day or The Signature. One crew, one setup, one person to text that week. The signage is designed around your names and your wedding's look.

Scan this. That is the pitch.

A working sample gallery. Add a photo, leave a note. If it takes more than ten seconds, tell us, because your guests will have less patience than you just did.

Why it works here

This is Tier 2, made digital.

Years before any of this technology existed, we wrote down a belief: no one wants to feel left out at a wedding reception. When guests are allowed, or better yet invited, to become active participants, they relax, make new friends, and have more fun.

That is Creative Involvement, the second tier of the Ensemble Method, and it is the reason these services work when the same gadgets fall flat at other weddings. The gallery is not storage. It is an invitation: a small, easy job for every guest, and a guest with a job has more fun. We have watched that hold true for 20 years.

Questions couples ask

The honest answers.

Does the guest gallery replace our photographer?

No, and nothing here is trying to. Your photographer makes the images you frame. This collects the hundred angles nobody was hired to cover.

What if the venue's wifi is bad?

Most guests upload over cell service, so a weak venue signal usually does not matter. We check the room ahead of time and tell you straight if it will.

Who can see the gallery?

Only people with your code or your link. It is not public, not indexed, and not searchable. You decide who gets it and you can take it down whenever you want.
