The Fundraiser Game Night
Your committee sells the team tables and the round sponsors. We bring the buzzers, put the board on the big screen, and host it live: parents against teachers, parish against parish, the whole hall shouting out answers. Each round opens with a sponsor's name read out loud and their logo up on the screen, which is exactly what a sponsor is paying for.

Local businesses each enter a team, the entry fees go to your cause, and the teams meet head to head on the Survey Showdown, bracket style. It's team building that raises money, and the winner gets a title to come back and defend next year.

Homerooms or grades play short qualifying rounds over a few weeks, and the championship becomes a family night your PTO or booster club runs, with the food and the sponsor banners doing the fundraising. A season instead of a single night.
The Money Moments
The extras that often raise more than the tickets do: mulligans your volunteers sell at the door as stickers, a 30-second solo trivia sprint where anyone can buy a turn and the top ten scores stay on the board all night, and the song jar. Fill it, and the principal or the pastor takes the karaoke mic.

The oldest fundraiser there is, set to music. We play the clip, the room marks the song, and the tickets and the bake table raise the money.

- Sponsors get seen. A name read out and a logo on the screen as each round opens, so a sponsor can see exactly what their money bought.
- Tables play as teams, so a family, an office or a parish council can buy a table and play together.
- Questions about your people. The teachers who are good sports, the town trivia, the parish history, every question read before the night and clean enough for the front row.
- Breaks where the money is. Short rounds with room between them for the 50/50, the silent auction and the bake table.
- A champion to crown, and a title to defend at next year's night.

Can you run our raffle or 50/50?
No, and nobody you hire can. Massachusetts lets only the organization itself run a raffle, through its own members and under a permit from your town clerk, and nobody can be paid to run it. Your volunteers run it, and we'll hand you the microphone when it's time to draw.
What about the prize wheel?
Spinning it to hand out prizes your group donated is part of the show. Anything people pay to play for a prize, a paid spin included, is a game of chance, so clear it with your town clerk first.
Can we play music bingo for prizes?
For bragging rights it's easy. If your group wants to play for prizes, Massachusetts licenses bingo through the State Lottery, so check with them before the cards go out.
What does the room need?
A screen or projector we can plug into, power, and tables for the teams. We bring the host, the games, the buzzers, the sound and the microphones.
How long does it run?
A full show runs sixty to ninety minutes, with the breaks for your raffle and your bake table built in around it.
When can we book?
Weeknights, Fridays and Sunday afternoons all work for a game night. Tell us the date and you'll hear plainly whether it's open.
